BenchMark is a portable jewelry studio designed for makers who want the freedom to create anywhere. Compact yet fully equipped, it houses tools, soldering equipment, and secure storage in a thoughtfully organized rolling case. With customizable compartments, fire-safe features, and a built-in workspace, BenchMark redefines what a “bench” can be, bringing the precision and spirit of jewelry-making beyond the traditional studio.
To develop BenchMark, I interviewed home-based jewelers and drew from my own experience to identify key needs—safety, portability, and efficient organization. Using Rhino, I translated these insights into a compact, modular design that supports professional jewelry-making in any space.
